Our favourite Steve Jobs quote
He may have been known as a control freak by those who worked for him and his obsession with every detail was the obvious foundation for Apple's success, however Steve Jobs always had a clear and honest vision for his own lfe. Way back in 1993 he said in the Wall Street Journal "Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn't matter to me… Going to bed at night saying we've done something wonderful… that's what matters to me."
Sadly his time for the cemetery is here and he certainly won't be the poorest man there. I guess he's ended his life with the satisfaction of having remained true to his values, succeeding because and in spite of them. We're watching the fantastic Stanford address today for more Jobs inspiration.
